To use PolyRaffles, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and comply with these terms.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online raffles, gambling, or similar activities.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of PolyRaffles is prohibited or restricted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of PolyRaffles complies with all local, state, national, and international laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform in certain jurisdictions.

By using PolyRaffles, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Blockchain Technology Risks: Blockchain networks and smart contracts are experimental and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could result in loss of funds.
• Irreversible Transactions: All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once you participate in a raffle or send funds, you cannot undo the transaction.
• Loss of Private Keys: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. If you lose access to your wallet, you may permanently lose your funds and any prizes.
• Network Failures: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, downtime, or other technical issues that could prevent transactions from completing or cause delays.
• Volatility: The value of cryptocurrencies and digital assets is highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly.
• Third-Party Risks: PolyRaffles integrates with third-party services including wallets, blockchain networks, and other providers. We are not responsible for their actions, failures, or security vulnerabilities.

You use PolyRaffles at your own risk and assume full responsibility for all losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PolyRaffles for any violation of these terms.

• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. PolyRaffles cannot recover lost or stolen funds.
• Transaction Verification: You must verify all transaction details (wallet addresses, amounts, gas fees) before confirming any action.
• Due Diligence: You are responsible for researching and evaluating raffles before participating. PolyRaffles does not endorse or verify individual raffles.
• Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. PolyRaffles makes no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform or its content.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• The security or safety of the platform or your funds.
• The fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
• The outcome of any raffle or the delivery of any prize.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyRaffles and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other property resulting from your use of the platform.
• Smart contract bugs, vulnerabilities, exploits, or failures that result in loss of funds.
• Blockchain network failures, congestion, forks, or other technical issues.
• Hacks, security breaches, or unauthorized access to your wallet or account.
• Failed transactions, incorrect gas fees, or transaction delays.
• Fraudulent raffles created by malicious users.
• Prize delivery failures or disputes between raffle creators and winners.
• Third-party service failures (wallets, blockchain networks, etc.).
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PolyRaffles integrates with third-party services including blockchain networks, wallet providers, and other platforms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Their availability, functionality, or security.
• Gas fees, transaction costs, or network congestion.
• Changes to their terms, features, or pricing.
• Data breaches, hacks, or security vulnerabilities in their systems.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PolyRaffles at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or malicious activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. However, any on-chain transactions or raffles you have participated in will remain on the blockchain.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PolyRaffles shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
